Sell anywhere but make in India


PM Narendra Modi wants to boost manufacturing in his country, but is it really cheaper for Polish companies to make their products in India?

As part of efforts to revitalise the Indian economy, the government has rewritten some laws encouraging foreign companies to "sell anywhere but make in India". Have Polish companies been attracted to the concept?

-As much as PLN 15 billion (EUR 3.63 billion) in unclaimed deposits may have accumulated in Polish banks over time. Under existing law, the funds should be handed over to the municipality, where the deceased was resident.
