TZMO Capital Group is the leading European producer and supplier of medical devices, personal hygiene and body care products on the world market. The beginning of the Group dates back to the year 1951, when the state owned company Toruńskie Zakłady Materiałów Opatrunkowych was established. In 1991 the Public Company Toruńskie Zakłady Materiałów Opatrunkowych purchased its equity from the Treasury. This was one of the first successful privatizations of a state owned company in Poland. The shareholders of the company are individuals and Polish citizens: the company's employees and the medical community representatives. 

The constantly developed products offer of the Group consists of high quality hygienic products for women and children, medical dressing materials, incontinence products and also vast assortment of body care and household products. 

Bella is a brand of sanitary protection products for women - a leader on Middle-Eastern European market and dynamically conquering the markets of Western Europe and Asia. Bella offer includes breathable sanitary pads and pantyliners, tampons and feminine hygiene products. We continually increase our share of the market of products for children through development of the brand of hygienic products Bella Baby Happy and body care products Bella Baby Delfi. The assortment of body care products comprises also of cotton products Bella Cotton and body care Pollena Ewa, in the category of household products we offer paper products Bella No1 and household cleaners Dr Max. Thanks to our long lasting experience and state of the art production technologies we supply products that meet and even outpace the requirements of our Customers. 

The assortment of TZMO Capital Group also comprises of technologically advanced medical devices offered under Matopat brand - these are among others plasters, bandages, gypsum bandages, hospital clothing and sterilisation packages. The Group is the active player on the medical market and co-creates the standards of medical care. The Specialist Hospital MATOPAT built by TZMO SA has operated since June 2001; it both provides medical services and plays the role of a research and development centre and a training centre. 

Seni products provide protection and comfort of life to people with urological problems. The offer consists of a wide range of products adjusted to every level of severity of this problem - all-in-one adult diapers, anatomically shaped inserts, urological pads for women, urological pads for men, bed underpads and also skin care, bibs and washing gloves. 

We also have a substantial influence on the social life - we are the organizer of such annual events as a tennis tournament for women BELLA Cup, International Football League of the Disabled or the International Long-Term Care Conference. 

The Group currently employs over 5000 employees in 18 production companies, 17 commercial companies and 5 service companies located both in Europe and Asia.
