We are a JV Company with two partners: TZMO SA Group from Poland, Europe, and Premier Group, India. Our name: BellaPremier Happy HygieneCare Pvt Ltd. is very long, so kindly address us Bella India or Bella Premier, we find it more friendly.

Our Company was formed more than four years ago with the main aim: to introduce modern, always most updated hygienic products, particularly from feminine protection range achieved thanks to the best European technology, onto the Indian market. Our first target is to give alternative choices, thus allowing every woman to find something most suitable for such a special case she makes for us, her providers of a very intimate products. Because of our manufacturing experience and technical and designing culture from the heart of Europe as well as contribution from most modern manufacturing sites we run abroad, we want to produce here, in India in order to be closer to our clients and trade partners, and have them involved in our future products designing process. In 21 countries on 4 continents where we distribute Bella range already we feel at home; in those countries in Central Europe we started some years ago Bella is the leader, in country of our origin as well and on new for us markets our presence means not only extending the market share and contributing to the market, but also learning from our new clients and looking for synergy the new place can bring to us, Bella India, and through it to both parent Companies.

Premier Group - Premier Enterprises started in 1981 is a branch of mother company Premier Products started in 1973. The family is producing medical gauze from 1942 onwards and Premier started exporting it from 1985 to Europe.
Premier Group - the absolute leader of Medical gauze from India - is the largest Indian medical gauze producer about 120 Million Mts per year - exporting 100% of it production to West, Central and East Europe, Africa, South America, Mexico, USA, Korea and China. Certified for ISO 9002 in 1998 and CE in 2003.

It is the only vertically integrated company in India in the medical dressing field from procurement of cotton, own spinning, warp, sizing, weaving, bleaching, finished goods production with 1900 strong dedicated work force.
